Booking, Procedure and Conditions
To secure the booking we require a deposit which will be taken when you book online or it can be paid either by cheque, payable to Helen Jones or by BACS. details available at the time of booking.
A non-returnable deposit of 30% of total amount is required when making reservations (or full amount if booked within 30 days of holiday commencing.
The payment policy after the deposit is paid –
BOOKING ONLINE
An initial 14% deposit is taken to hold the booking, the remaining 16% of the deposit or the full payment if booking within 30 days is required by cheque or BACS within 7 days. Details will be emailed with confirmation.
Breakage Deposit – A £100 deposit is required when paying the balance of your stay. It will be returned if there is no damage after the keys have been returned to us.
Balance of charges is payable by cheque or by BACS 30 days before commencement of holiday (if not received, we reserve the right to retain the deposit and re-let the accommodation). We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
The Property is No Smoking.
Damage or breakage to the accommodation or equipment must be reported and paid for. Visitors are expected to use the property with care and are fully responsible and liable for any loss or damage to the property or its contents.
Liability We do not accept responsibility for accidents or personal injury to guests, or inconvenience, loss or damage sustained at the property, however caused. Cars, contents, boats, trailers, cycles, luggage etc. and personal items are left at owners risk.
For safety and maximum enjoyment throughout your stay, parents are responsible for and must supervise children and babies at all times.
We reserve the right to withdraw or alter any facilities in the event of an emergency, or other good reason, and to amend our terms should the need arise.
The property will be available for occupation from 3.00 pm on arrival date and must be vacated by 10.00 am on departure date.
